Description

Eva Villa is a brand new cozy villa with a 40sqm private pool and magnificent sea views.

Indoor:

At the ground floor are a open plan fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and the living room with a fireplace and satellite TV. There are also one bedroom with a double bed and a wc. Wireless internet, dishwasher and washing machine with clothes dryer are provided.

On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, one common shower bathroom, and a beautiful sea view balcony are offered.

Outdoor:

All guests can enjoy a private swimming pool of about 40 sq m with a children corner, and a stonebuilt barbecue with the outdoor dining area. There are also sunbeds and parasols.

Eva Villa is located 3,5 km from the sandy beach of Georgioupolis, 31km from Chania and 27 km from the town of Rethymno. Mini-market and taverns are available in the small traditional village of Exopolis.

At the wider territory of Georgioupoli of the province of Hania in Crete, only 500m away from the sea with non-stopping sandy beaches, at a green environment with view to the Cretan Sea, Villa Avra is waiting for you, from April until October, in order to provide you unforgettable holidays, to a traditional atmosphere, but also equipped with all the state-of-the-art comforts. Relax in absolute quiet, privacy and easy entrance to the natural beauties and sights of Hania and Rethimno. Visit the coastal village of Georgioupolis 5 minutes by the car fro the villa, or visit the lake of Kournas, 5min. by car as well, which is the only natural lake in Crete, with many restaurants, which will also provides you a lovely, exciting and romantic sea-ride. The Old Town of Rethimno abstains from the villa only 15 minutes, and the Old Harbor of Hania, only 30 minutes, near enough to go to have a lunch, or for night entertainment.

Crete is the biggest island of Crete and the more southern point of Europe, with length 275 km and wide from 3 to 60 km. Independently from the season when you will visit it, the land scope which you are going to see, will be full of natural beauties and contrasts of colors which will amaze you. Archeological findings prove the being of human at Crete before 8000 years. The history of the island is really rich and is about Romans, Saracens, Arabs, and Turkish. They have leave intensively their mark on the island, which are obvious at the various archeological place, but also at the architecture of the inhabited areas ,with the traditional houses, churches ,fountains, minaret sand mosques. While small villages in the hinterland many times give the impression that the time has not affected the island, on the other side of the island, at the towns that are there, the visitor will find out that that the modern service will be surely needed, as in all modern European towns. Villa Avra is located in province of Hania , and is ideal for explorations at the southern part of Crete, which have the most hectares of green, with fields full of oranges and olives, high mountains steep gorges and beautiful beaches.
