The apartment in the farmhouse “Podere il Giurato” is located in Tuscany, in the very heart of the green hills of Pisa, and is only 18 Km from the sea. Podere il Giurato is the ideal place to spent a holiday in every period of the year.
Thanks to a favourable geographical position, from here it is easy for those who love a cultural holiday to reach the most important cities of art of Tuscany, like Florence , Siena, Lucca,Pisa and Volterra.
Farmhouse “Podere il Giurato” is divided in three self-catering apartments that have been restructured according to the style of the house, are provided with all the facilities you need in order to spend a pleasant holiday. You have the opportunity to use the big garden and swimming pool - you can sunbathe and relax all year round.
Apartment "Tramontana" Nr.4 is on the first floor of the house. It has a private outside staircase which leads to its terrace and entrance door. The terrace enjoys a fine view of the countryside and is an ideal place for enjoying an alfresco meal. The lounge is very well furnished in traditional style and has a settee and two armchairs in front of a traditional wood burning fireplace. The well fitted kitchen/ dining room has a window/door opening on to the terrace. All the rooms have traditional beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. They are well furnished with colourful rugs, pretty curtains and lots of pictures on the walls giving the apartment a very warm atmosphere.

“A little piece of Heaven”
Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Tuscany. This was our first visit to Tuscany but it won't be our last. The villa we stayed in was the smallest of the 3 in the accommodation , with 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 ( 1 large double and 2nd much smaller bedroom with twin beds or double) . Whilst having mod cons, the viila felt like stepping back in time to traditional authentic Italy, furnished with beautiful antique furniture, it was great we loved it. It had a fantastic swimming pool and well kept manicured grounds. The other villas were full during our stay and yet you couldn't hear them and hardly saw the other occupants. The location is perfect for visiting other towns and cities in the vicinity, Sienna, Florence, Pisa and Lucca to name a few. Our host, Paola was very friendly and fhelpful and went out of her way to make our visit special. The communication before our visit were clear and trouble free. Pisa airport is approx 30 mins away, although you never see or hear any planes. There is a mega supermarket 20 mins away and 2 lovely restaurants close by , if you don't want to cook every night. There is a BBQ and pizza oven on site for your use. We struck gold when we found this vilia. Just the place to escape to 'a little piece of heaven'.
