Spectacular ocean views from living room and master bedroom with a pool that overlooks the ocean!
This condo is a townhouse style unit which features two bedrooms with two full baths (both updated in 2018) on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and overlooks the ocean. The guest bedroom is equipped with two full size beds. Both bedrooms are ocean themed and are private from the living area.
The lower level has a fully equipped kitchen (updated with new appliances in 2015), dining room and living room, also nautically themed. There is a balcony which overlooks the ocean and the pool from the living room. It is wonderful to sit on the sofa and view the ocean whatever the weather! The condo is fully air conditioned, has cable TV in the living room and master bedroom. It also includes WIFI and domestic long distance calling.
The condo complex houses a shuffleboard as well as outdoor gas grills, picnic areas and a laundry room. There is no washer or dryer in the unit..
This condo unit overlooks a wonderfully private, peaceful beach while being a short distance away from the attractions, whichever is your pleasure. Come relax and enjoy!
This condo is fully licensed by the State of Florida, Flagler County (#12875) and the City of Flagler Beach for short term rentals of seven days or more.

Response from the owner Our apologies for the issues you encountered. As an FYI this year there were renovations done in the building which caused issues in many condos, some electrical and some with the A/C units (we had to replace our A/C prior to your occupying the unit). We were unaware of the problems with the oven and once we were told of the issue we immediately contacted our electrician. We thought they could accommodate us quickly but as related to you they were backed up and we were put on a list for the repair. It was unfortunate in the timing but we know they are highly rated and a very trusted company so we complied. We did purchase a new stove and the repair is complete so everything is now in good working order. As to the toilet paper situation and items left by the previous renter, we generally walk through the unit after cleaning is completed to check on those things but because of the request for early entry and the fact that your family was waiting to enter the unit we were unable to do our walk through. Again our apologies for the inconvenience you experienced.
