Well decorated with modern and typical forniture of Tuscan beach house (with a bike path that leads directly to the beach, 1500 meters).
Porch with thin curtains and little tables, 4 parking spaces, automatic gate.
Area of 320 square meters.
On the ground floor: hall, large kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms, one with bath and shower, bathroom, dressing room, living room with ottomans, terrace pocket.
In the basement: fitness center, sauna, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large basement.
