This fantastic villas is located in Forte dei marmi about 300 m from the sea.
Villa is about 160 square meters and is composed by two floors.
Small garden, pedestrian gate and driveway gate with covered parking. Covered verandas with dining and lounge area (sofa and chairs).
On the ground floor kitchen and living space, living room with double sofa and dining area, bathroom.
On the first floor are three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (one double and two with double bed).
With a spiral staircase leads to an attic (rather low suitable for children) with three beds and a bathroom.
Accessories: alarm, air conditioning, washer dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, bicycles.
Forte dei Marmi has always been one of the famous resorts in the world. Since the end of the 700 nobles, diplomats, business people, artists and famous people they have built beautiful villas hidden and protected by the green of the pine forest, choosing its fine sands to spend a period of holiday and rest.
As well as for the beauty of its beaches, gardens and its historic center, Forte dei Marmi is also famous for its elegance and sophistication: its shops and designer boutiques attract tourists like the nearby cities of Florence , Pisa, Arezzo, and its rooms have hosted lookouts around the world marking the sweet Italian life from the 60s onwards.
But what is unique about the life at the Fort is the relaxed atmosphere, the rhythm given by the great spaces, bike rides along the tree-lined avenues, the silences and moments in which to meet friends for a drink after a quiet day at the Sun.
