Mansion with huge rooms, grand spiral staircase, library/ salon, downstairs kids room (sleeps 4), living/media room, huge screened party deck and unscreened outdoor deck. Upstairs includes large master suite King bed (bath, shower, two commodes, two vanities, walk-in closet with space for two twin beds); Queen with full Bath; Two BR suite (2 kings) w/ shared full bath and room for additional mattresses; kids room downstairs w/ 4 twins.

The Mansion in the Woods has three bedrooms with their own full baths. Guest living in the Balcony Room and Elephant Room share the full bath (with two sinks) if both of those rooms are occupied simultaneously, allowing four parties to enjoy their own room upstairs. A fifth couple may enjoy their sleeping privacy in the King Room, but they must share one of the three full bathrooms upstairs. There are two half baths downstairs. Guests staying in the Kids Room (4 twin beds downstairs) have a half bath without tub or shower.

The property sits on a ridge adjacent to Natchez Parkway and is accessible to bikers via a short shortcut through the woods. This is a wonderful place for EVENTS send a message to receive details, pricing and contract.

10GB of Satellite internet data are provided monthly. While this is enough for browsing, email and apps, streaming video will use up this allotment and you will be required to buy additional data ($30/10GB)

The home and property exceeded our expectations. Sufficient linens, towels, etc. Home is very well appointed and our group had a wonderful time there.
