Happy villa is a new, sophisticated design, contemporary villa perfect for families or a group of friends. It has a heated swimming pool, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a 2 space car park and a gym, a total area of 305 sq m. It is perfect located at the entrance of the historic village of Galatas and is close both to Chania city center and the venetian harbor as well as to all the beautiful beaches of the area. It enjoys marvelous views to the sea, to the city and to the mountains. It is equiped with floor heating so it is superb in winter as well.
(Heated pool is at extra charge of 20 euro/day)
Happy Villa consists of a ground floor, a first floor, a top floor and a basement.
The villa is endowed with several balconies with the main one overlooking the swimming pool. Around the 28 sqm heated swimming pool there is a sunbathing wooden deck and a lawn playground.
Apart the six satellite TV’s in all rooms of the villa, there is a big 50 inch TV on the living room equipped with PS4 with two controllers and games, Netflix and Spotify subscription, surround home cinema speakers,. There is also a windows mini pc connected to the screen and a powerful bluetooth speaker.
On the ground floor there is a living and dining room area, a kitchen and a WC.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds that they can convert to double. Every bedroom has its own balcony.
The top floor of the villa has superb views of the sea and Ag. Theodori Island on the north side, from the south side, you can enjoy the scenery of the ‘Lefka Ori’ mountains. There is one bedroom with two single beds (or double), one shower room, one WC and a sitting room area which can also accommodate two people with its two sofa beds.
In the basement of the villa there is a well equipped gym room, a bathroom, a laundry room and a two - space indoor car park.
