3 new Apartments 'open space' furnished in Italian Antique Style, each apartment is able to house up to 2/4 persons, every apartment is self catering with complete Kitchen with utensils pans, plates, glasses/Fridge/Dishwasher/Microwave, Tea Boiler, Coffee Machine, little lounge, TV/DVD Bathroom, anti bathroom and Shower.
These apartments lies submerged with scented Fruit Trees, Vineyards, surrounded garden with BBQ and has a breath taking view of the Alps Apuane.
Mini pool and deckchairs to sunbathe and rest in perfect privacy.
APARTMENT TOPAZ 'SUITE'
Colour scheme Rust, Golden and Brown in Italian Antique Style, with old Chestnut Beams.
Self catering with complete Kitchen/Fridge/Dishwasher/Microwave, Tea Boiler, Coffee machine
1 Double Bedroom, there is a possibility to add another single bed, 1 Bathroom anti bathroom with shower, Dining Room/Sitting Room TV/DVD.
1 Bathroom, anti bathroom with shower, little Lounge with TV/DVD. The garden has a breath taking view of the Apuane Alps, with Table/Chairs and your own BBQ
A “Welcome Basket” with typical Tuscany goodies (for the clients who stay 1 week) , also an “All information” about where to go and what to do, on your arrival in the apartment.
Cot and Baby chair (Toys) can be provided without further charge. The apartment is cleaned with Sheets/Blankets and Towels on your arrival.
