Commanding a wonderful position above the traditional village of Ano Gerani in a beautiful rural location, Villa Selli has been built to very high standards. This lovely villa offers peace,quiet and stunning views over all the coastline west of Chania and across country to the White Mountains. In addition, Selli boasts a list of facilities rarely found in villas to rent in Greece and the owner's aim has been to create a villa where a large party, be it extended family or simply a group of friends, can really holiday in private surroundings with almost every whim catered for!
Extensive living/dining room with shaded sea-facing terrace from which steps lead to the pool area. Kitchen. Guest WC. Sitting room/den with built in divan beds and ensuite shower room. Open wooden steps lead to galleried double bedroom over sitting area. Stairs to first floor: Master double bedroom with en-suite shower room leading onto a large terrace. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Twin bedroom. Large family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Lower ground floor: Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Indoor pool with Jacuzzi jets, playroom with table tennis table and gymnasium area (exercise treadmill, total body trainer machine, punch bag, exercise bike and a wall mounted TV). This area leads out to the garden area.
