Description
Located in a quiet residential street in Glasgow's West End near Hyndland Road and Byres road, this modernized ground floor apartment in a traditional red sandstone tenement block is less than 5 minutes walk from shops, and many cafes and restaurants. Cottiers Theatre and restaurant is at the end of the road ! and a 15 min walk takes you to many tourist attractions eg Botanic Gardens, University Avenue. Bus and subway connections to the city centre, train stations and airport are also within a 5 minute walk.
The apartment features two double bedrooms (a 5 ft bed in the main bedroom), a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable lounge and dining area and a modern bathroom. A single "blow up bed is "also available and a travel cot and a high chair for a young child . Facilities include digital tv, wifi and a washing machine. The apartment has double glazed windows and gas-fired central heating. The kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, grill & microwave, fridge/freezer and all necessary utensils, pots & plates. Our guests will always find coffee, tea & sugar and biscuits in the cupboards. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

“Excellent”
Just come back from a brilliant week in Glasgow with my niece, having stayed in Fionas lovely flat. Brilliant location, extremely comfortable and clean, plenty of towels and everything you could want. Really easy to communicate with Fiona prior to arriving and couldn't ask for an easier meet at the property. We'd love to stay again. Thoroughly recommend this property.
