3 bedroom, 2 bathroom recently modernised cottage with sunny, enclosed back garden, large kitchen dining open plan area ideal for family & friend get togethers and separate front lounge. Sleeps 6 in 1 downstairs King size bedroom, 2 upstairs bedrooms one with a King size bed and the other twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Five minutes walk to the beach, walks along the John Muir Way and 3 Gullane courses, a Children's golf course & Muirfield golf course. Luffness is 10 minutes away. There is a swing park also just outside. North Berwick, the Bass Rock, Renaisance & Archerfield golf courses, are also all close by. NO single gender, stag or hen parties.

“Perfect holiday home near idyllic beaches”
This was the perfect choice for our big birthday celebrations with our family. The accommodation is superb. The extended family room opens on to the patio where we could enjoy a few drinks with friends. It's just a 10 minute walk to the dunes on the beach so our daughter swam in the sea every morning before breakfast. There are coastal walks to Aberlady or to North Berwick and of course there is the golf on several course in Gullane. If you want to visit Edinburgh, it's just half an hour from nearby Longniddry.

“Perfect”
Perfect location for beach/walks and golf. The cottage is a Tardis and is much larger than it looks in the photos. All else was top notch would recommend it .

“Excellent”
Can not recommend this property highly enough. From the start of making the booking with Jacqui the owner until the end of our stay everything was excellent. 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining/living space plus one additional public room all of which were clean, comfortable and well furnished. Everything was provided. Best of all though is the position on Goose Green especially if you have dogs. 5 mins to the village and 5 mins to the beach and what a beach! During our stay there was a slight problem with the alarm but again the owner who was on holiday, 7 hours in time behind us, could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Felt like she was next door! Hopefully we will go back.

“Great holiday home”
This property was perfect great location. Really comfortable beds sofa everything you needed was there .Like a new house very modern and amazing . I would definitely highly recommend staying here.

“Amazing”
We arrived after a long drive from devon to Edinburgh wirh three children feeling tired and irritable but when we opened the door we couldn't believe our eyes. Bright clean living space with all the mod cons in a beautiful location. Everything you could possibly need was there beds were extremely comfortable just perfect couldn't praise this place enough
