We are located on Maui's unspoiled north shore providing you with privacy and quiet - a real "get away from it all" feeling. At the same time, we are perfectly situated for exploring the North Shore and Upcountry Maui - drive the famous "Road to Hana" and get a jump on those leaving from Kahului or points further west; head up to Mt. Haleakala to watch the sunrise; explore the organic gardens, winery, and lavendar farm near Kula; browse the shops in Makawao or Paia; hike the awe-inspiring Iao Valley or the bamboo forests; windsurf at the renowned Ho'okipa Beach; or visit many of the other waterfalls and beaches in the area such as Baldwin, Kanaha, Mama's and Baby Beaches.

Our Haleakala Cottage is a quaint studio cottage (fully permitted lic #BBPH 2009/0015) nestled in beautiful tropical gardens with a view of the summit of Mt. Haleakala from the private lanai and hot tub. Sleep well in a luxurious California King bed fitted into its own little alcove. Enjoy a true Hawaiian experience in our hot water outdoor shower. A heated towel dryer keeps your big, fluffy towels dry and warm for you. There is a DVD/CD player, so that you can kick back and relax and get away from it all while watching a movie and snuggling with your someone special.

Shopping and restaurants are only 10 miles away, but the cottage does have a full kitchen so an evening in can be a relaxing treat - pick up supplies at the famous Mana Foods in Paia (20 minutes away) and finish your meal with a selection of organic fruits grown right here on property. While the dishes are washing in the dishwasher, stroll over to our 44 foot free form pool for a swim by moonlight. This is a perfect location to relax and unwind. You may not want to leave!
