Description

A luxury home located on the edge of town, the Blue Heron is perfect for family or friends traveling together. The large gourmet kitchen, elegantly furnished living room with unobstructed views, and cozy sun room/library provide plenty of room for everyone.

The master suite has a queen bed and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom, with a full bed, and the third bedroom, with two twins or a king, share a full bathroom and a powder room.

NOTE: THE THIRD BEDROOM CAN HAVE A KING BED OR TWO TWINS. PLEASE REQUEST THIS ON BOOKING

A large yard offers room for the kids to play, while the spacious deck is perfect for you to unwind and enjoy the view. Watch seals, sea lions, and the occassional whale playing in the water as the fishing boats and cruise ships go by.

The artist/owner lives on the property in her separate art studio/cabin.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Randa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
