Description

NEW VIP totally renovated condo directly on the Gulf Of Mexico. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and is fully furnished with a contemporary coastal décor. The open planned space has Gulf views from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom. An extensive, covered 28 foot balcony connects them. From this 3rd floor condo you can relax on the elevated patio furniture while enjoying the passing sail boats and fishing boats and view spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Frequent rainbows and sightings of manatee, dolphins, pelicans, osprey and other sea life are not to be missed experiences.

The living room has a sleeper sofa and very comfortable seating to view the large flat screen plasma HD TV. There is a Bose sound system with DVD/CD player and unlimited free wireless internet. The kitchen is completely equipped with an abundance of storage. We like to cook and so we equipped it like our house with good pots, pans, microwave, crockpot, toaster, blender, mixer and plenty of plates etc. The Master bedroom has a king bed with views of the gulf through the huge sliding glass doors to the covered balcony that extends the width of the unit. It has a large flat screen HD TV and comfortable reading chair with ottoman. The master bath is all new and features a double vanity in a dressing area with abundant closets and a separate area with a large walkin shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of closet space, TV and a reading chair. The 3rd bedroom is equipped as a flex space and has a queen futon sofa, computer/craft desk and HD TV with hard wire connection to internet. It has another closet for craft supplies or overnight guests.

Enjoy the nature coast, view the palm trees, flowers and fauna. You will watch dolphins, manatees, and coastal birds from the balcony. It is a fisherman’s paradise, with boat docks and boat ramps near by to rent. Or enjoy the large heated pool that also overlooks the Gulf.

Unlike most Gulf Front developments, Gulf Island is quiet and rural. We have fought the traffic in many areas on the coast and it's great to be able to run to the store or dinner without having to sit in bumper to bumper traffic! This is a peaceful and serene vacation destination that will help you to relax and rest. Leave the stress behind and take home many good memories.

We enjoyed our week stay at 3rd floor condo in private complex in Hudson, FL. Very nice condo with balcony overlooking the gulf. Hope to book again next year!
