Description
Very well maintained and newly-furnished 3 bedroom villa with open plan living and cathedral ceilings. Our beautifully furnished home is set in it's own gardens with private pool. It is located in a quiet, deed-restricted, residential area on County Line Road, the boundary between Pasco County and Hernando County, just off Highway 19 and 1 mile from Spring Hill. A small private beach is just 10 minutes drive away in Pine Island but the villa is a great base to explore the many fine beaches of the Gulf Coast. Cool boxes and beach equipment are provided. Close to excellent golf courses, restaurants and shops. Or venture further afield for a fun filled day in Disney World - approximately 90 minutes by car.

“Ideal”
The Cobb house was perfect for our vacation. The house is welcoming and homey and very well taken care of. The house and pool are very clean and the owner had everything that we needed for our stay. The owner and someone local had both checked in to make sure we didn't need anything, both very sweet. The house is in a nice, safe neighborhood that is close to stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this rental. Thank you so much for sharing your home!
