Five king bedrooms, five bathrooms, bunk bedroom, plus a complete two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and gym. View of ocean and the island of Vieques from pool area and most rooms. Large 3200 sq. ft. pool and spa area with outdoor kitchen and pavilion. Lush estate with bananas, avocado, cashew, breadfruit and mango trees. Watch the moon rise over the ocean. Golf cart rentals with paths to beach, restaurants, casino, marina, golf, tennis, grocery, bank and shopping all within secure community.

Villa Bellamar is a gated Mediterranean Styled Villa located at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking and close enough to the Caribbean Sea to hear the surf. This area is private, quiet and separate from the more developed parts of Palmas del Mar. There is a beautiful cove and scenic beach 500 feet from the villa. 48kw automatic generator serves main house. Apartment is included with 13 or more guests.

If you will be spending time outside of Palmas del Mar it is best to rent a car at the San Juan airport. We can arrange for your airport transfer if you do not wish to rent a car. Either way Palmas del Mar is best enjoyed if you rent a golf cart.
