Description

The Green is located in the picturesque village of Hutton-le-Hole, just inside the North York Moors National Park in North Yorkshire. Flat B is on the first floor and provides a large sitting room, one bedroom with king-size bed, a second bedroom with 2 full size singles, a kitchen with dining table and a family bathroom. The Green is located on the village green and looks out over the stream and local sheep grazing on the grass. Parking for 2 cars is available and dogs are welcome (max 2).

“Relaxing stay in a beautiful village.”

We stayed here during a particularly good spell of weather, which helps. Great location for exploring the area. Flat b couldn't be in a better spot. The Crown pub is right opposite with good pub grub with generous portions and very friendly helpful staff. With two tea rooms, a deli with freshly baked bread and shop all a few yards away. The flat was well appointed with everything you need including good WiFi (phone signal poor). The Ryedale museum is worth a visit (right opposite), much larger than we expected. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore the North Yorkshire moors. The owner Keith and his brother Paul were very helpful.

“Lovely and relaxing”

This is now our 5th time stopping at the Green just love the place. It is now our favourite place in the UK to visit and the views around are perfect, especially seeing all the sheep out of your window in a morning's! The hosts always make it warm and welcoming when we arrive. There is always a greeting hamper which is a lovely touch, and is kept to high standard of cleanliness! Can’t wait for our next visit at Easter!

“Short break”

Hutton-le-Hole is a very picturesque village. We stayed in flat B, husband and two boys. It was very comfortable we particularly liked and booked this property as it had single beds for the children as they do not like to sleep together. The rooms were quite and good for sleeping. It was easy to cool or heat the flat. It has an airing cupboard great to dry wet towels. WiFi is very good but no phone service but you can use WiFi to receive or make calls. We have stayed in many self catering properties I always find it difficult to know what basics will be provided or not e.g soap, few basics in the kitchen as left by previous tenants. In this property there were the following basics: washing up liquid, dishwasher as well as washing machine tablets, 1 toilet roll and soap for hands. We also had a welcome pack of coffee, tea, biscuits and wine. Thank you for your hospitality.

“Fab Apartment and location”

This was our third visit to the apartment and it didn’t disappoint. It’s very spacious and lovely and clean. The location is perfect and had a lovely Easter and weather was great too. Lovely views from all the rooms. The apartment has everything you need even dishwasher and washing machine. Will definitely be booking again!!

How do damage deposits work?
