Getting around

If not in the mood for driving, the Gulf Blvd. beach trolley stops right in front of our building. It runs from Clearwater Beach all the way to Saint Pete Beach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
