Description

THIS IS THE SPOT! We have a WELL stocked condo right on Isla Verde Beach to share with you. The master bedroom (1 queen,) 2nd bedroom (2 fulls,) and living area (futon) are all air conditioned, but let the sea breeze through the louvred windows that face 270 degrees in our 12th floor retreat.

Take the elevator down to the pool deck and from there the beach is 12 paces away. Bring our beach gear down with you and let the waves roll in. Stroll down the beach 2 buildings and find the Intercontinental Five-Star Resort and Casino. Next door to it is the famous El San Juan Hotel and Casino. I highly recommend trying a mango mojito at the swim-up bar.

Restaurants, shops, fast food, ATMs, and 24-hour convenience, pharmacy, and liquor stores are all within a couple of blocks of your door.

3 Restaurant/Bars occupy the 1st floor of the our building, so a spicy tuna wrap, breakfast burrito, or cold beer are always ready for you. Have a cold Medalla at El Alambique while the sun sets on the sand and surf and head right upstairs back to Casa Bonita.

Casa Bonita was updated in 2014 and comes complete with free cable, high-speed internet, DVD, Blu-ray (wifi-enabled,) and phone (unlimited US and Puerto Rico,) not that you'll want to spend any time with these familiar friends.

The building itself has a security desk and swimming pool, and the unit has same-floor laundry machines and it comes with 1 covered parking space.

We pride ourselves on stocking anything you might need, so expect new dishes (indoor and outdoor,) new cookware, coffee, spices, and all the appliances and amenities you would expect in your own home.

We look forward to you vacationing at our place, and we (the owners,) and our on-site property manager are always available to answer any of your questions or give you great recommendations for fun things to do!

How do damage deposits work?
