“Nice and tranquil” The apartment was clean, comfortable. The close beach is right behind the condo which was something I loved. The supermarkets are close by, and if you wanted fast foods they were just across the street. Also if you needed the bus was right in front or if you needed a cab always one around. The hotels all walking distant to go dance or eat. I felt safe. 24 hour security great. All in all I would recommend to stay here. I will be coming again.

“Great Downtime in San Juan” Unit was perfect for a getaway week in San Juan. We were on the beach every day which provided warm water, sun, and shade. Condo was perfect size for us, and on 15th floor very safe, quiet, and private. Had everything we needed, washer-dryer, etc. Building employees very courteous and helpful. Variety of restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. We did not have to rent a car. We ate breakfast and lunch in condo, then ate dinner out every day. Pool deck is beautiful and health club a big plus. Overall great place to relax, chill out, and enjoy the ambiance.

“Private home” This is a private gated Pureto Rican style home. Upper deck greeting friends one morning with mimosas! Beach...walk right out to it, sleep as you listen to ocean surf Conveniently located near shopping and any tourist destination/excursion you have in mind! Easy access to major roads/highway. “Amazing!!!” This was our first trip to Puerto Rico. We didn't know what to do! When we got to San Juan we were greeted by the owners aunt, Maritza. An amazing woman! She is so friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. The entire trip she have us rides (cheaper than a taxi), and assisted in our planning. I can't rave enough about this amazing woman! The room was great as well. They literally thought of everything! The most comfortable towels, beach towels, umbrellas, chilled beer cups.... Even a crock pot! There was a beautiful view..... Oh it was just amazing! Did not want to leave! Close to some shopping, casino, and places to eat. If u have time I recommend sight seeing/shopping in old San Juan (10 mins away) and we took a charter flight to Culebra and Viaquas. Beautiful beaches. Clearest water u will ever see. They also have a ferry to these islands but I hear it's a hassle. Overall, great place to stay, great service with the condo. We miss the condo and Maritza already!!!

“One of the best vacations I've ever had” This villa has two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, great balcony and comfy living room. It housed ten of us comfortably (1 king sized bed, 2 queen sized beds, 1 full sized bed, 1 futon). The showers were fine - using them both at the same time often decreased water pressure a bit. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware. There are supermarkets on highway 3 not too far from the resort. There is cable and aC so we ended up hanging out in the villa a decent amount. While the beach isn't the prettiest that Puerto Rico has to offer, we definitely got use out of it and spent nearly every day there. The pool area has a kiddie pool, infinity pool, laps pool, and hot tub. This area was is primarily for those living in the villa and was never really crowded. It is also very close to the hotel pool and bar if a renter wishes to interact and meet new people. This area of Puerto Rico is only about a ten minute drive to the Rainforest. My friends and I enjoyed spending a morning/afternoon at El Yunque National Rainforest Park. Such proximity to the rainforest did not provide 24/7 sunshine. We did get rain here and there everyday. San Juan is about a 40-minute drive away, and we ended up going there three times out of our six days - I recommend renting cars (we used Enterprise, and they were great!). This also meant that we decided against "going out" to clubs/bars in San Juan because we would've had to designate drivers to drive back really late at night. From the very first moment we were interested, Diana had been in constant communication with us. She made the whole process of planning our Spring Break so easy and efficient. When we were finally there and settled in at the pool, Jesus came by to introduce himself and welcome us. Then, all ten of us were invited one night to come over to their other property for some drinks and hors d'oeuvres. This was a great experience, and I definitely hope to come back (she'll be the first one I contact).
