“Nice and tranquil” The apartment was clean, comfortable. The close beach is right behind the condo which was something I loved. The supermarkets are close by, and if you wanted fast foods they were just across the street. Also if you needed the bus was right in front or if you needed a cab always one around. The hotels all walking distant to go dance or eat. I felt safe. 24 hour security great. All in all I would recommend to stay here. I will be coming again.

“Excellent Penthouse and Lovely Stay at ESJ Towers” Thanks Isabel for making our stay that wonderful. We had lovely stay and time at ESJ tower PH 1753. Good spacious PH for stay with my wife and kid. We had no problems staying. All ameneties and services were up to mark. Had speedy check in and sppedy check out. Tour desk at recpetion helped us with good tours while our stay. “Perfect!” My husband and I stayed here in April 2015 with our 10yr. old daughter. The Condo was perfect. Very tastefully decorated, and very clean. The owner took a lot of thinking into everyone's needs that would be staying here. Both bathrooms were stocked with multiple toiletries, all kitchen appliances necessary, including coolers for the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, games, baby equipment and the list goes on. The location was absolutely perfect. We rented a car so did a lot of exploring but if you do not rent a car, you will not miss it. Everything you need is within walking distance or a very short taxi ride for groceries. I was a little worried about the condo being so close to the airport, although very convenient, I thought it would be somewhat of a disturbance with the airplanes flying over. We never even noticed the airplanes! That was not an issue. We had soooo much wonderful food in Puerto Rico but I must say, One of my very favorite things was walking down the beach, to the left and getting fish taco's. It is about 1 block down from condo if you are facing the ocean. We like fine dining and have tried fish tacos from all over, even the ones from Cabo do not compare with these. We were skeptical at first, but you will not regret or "get sick" if you try! The leasing agent and owner both were very friendly and very timely will all responses. Comparing this condo to a hotel, you can not beat the price. We normally stay in luxury hotels but because our daughter was with us, we did not spend the extra money. We made an excellent choice and would absolutely stay here again.

“Excellent Location” The only con would be the 4-5 flights of stairs. After a long day of walking around in the city and having to walk up those flights of stairs can be a nuisance.

“Private home” This is a private gated Pureto Rican style home. Upper deck greeting friends one morning with mimosas! “Amazing!!!” This was our first trip to Puerto Rico. We didn't know what to do! When we got to San Juan we were greeted by the owners aunt, Maritza. An amazing woman! She is so friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. The entire trip she have us rides (cheaper than a taxi), and assisted in our planning. I can't rave enough about this amazing woman! The room was great as well. They literally thought of everything! The most comfortable towels, beach towels, umbrellas, chilled beer cups.... Even a crock pot! There was a beautiful view..... Oh it was just amazing! Did not want to leave! Close to some shopping, casino, and places to eat. If u have time I recommend sight seeing/shopping in old San Juan (10 mins away) and we took a charter flight to Culebra and Viaquas. Beautiful beaches. Clearest water u will ever see. They also have a ferry to these islands but I hear it's a hassle. Overall, great place to stay, great service with the condo. We miss the condo and Maritza already!!!

“Special family vacation/visit for many memories to cherish.” It was a pleasure to stay again in this house in Vista Mar after our last stay four years ago. It very comfortable and spacious. I'm from Puerto Rico and every time I come back to visit I stay here and my family who live in Puerto Rico love to come to this home and visit as well enjoy the house and the ambiance. There is a few things I told the owner to upgrade for and more pleasant stay. On my next trip back I hope they will be done. Besides that its perfect. And must I let you know who Chester cheetah and Tigger and Symi are they will love your company and please feed them they are the neighbor cats and are sweeet as can be. If you have pets at home and you miss them they sure will help you feel at home.

“Book This Now!!” This was the most wonderful property for our week in San Juan! Four doors to a beautiful beach - neat and tidy apt with ample linens, utensils, etc - comfortable bed - good water pressure in the shower - cold a/c - consistent wifi service - thoughtful extras like beach chairs and drinking water - very safe location - quiet and friendly neighbors - walkably close to good restaurants for eating out and Walgreens for essentials - close to bus and trolley pick-up points - and the nicest, most helpful hosts we could have asked for! They provided a detailed map for nearby points of interest which was tremendously helpful to us as first-timers. Such a relaxing week with walks among the gated neighborhood streets, freedom to go back and forth to the beach in a quick few minutes and meeting people from all over the world also staying in the area. This is a fabulous location at a super price! We are already scheming how to return to this spot again!!

“Beautiful house and perfect location, plenty of room for our Family.” Ray and Gwen were great hosts, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We had five people in our group from 7-52 years old, plenty of space to relax together or apart. Beautiful veranda, spacious pool area and well kept gardens to wander through. Exceptionally clean!

“Fantastic Location!” If you want to stay literally right on Condado Beach and have more than a hotel room to stay in, this is the perfect place. The ocean is right outside your door! Sitting on the balcony is like being on the beach! Everything you need is provided including great beach chairs. The owner was always very attentive to our needs as well as the maintenance staff. Everything we read on other reviews made us choose this condo and it was the perfect place for us. So many restaurants and stores are all within easy walking distance and the airport is so close that you don't need a car rental either! Seaside Paradise is the sign on the door of the condo and it couldn't be more true!
