Located in the newer, quiet, Konea Tower! No where near the contruction. The farthest location possible.
Welcome to the Honua Kai Resort and Spa, Maui's newest luxury beach front resort. Located in West Maui, North Ka'anapali Beach has been voted one of the top 10 of beaches in the world. This complex, which opened in 2010, is simply amazing and comprises 43 acres of manicured tropical landscaping. The Honua Kai has open air lobbies with ocean views, a fitness center with state of the art equipment, infinity pool with cabanas, aqua loungers and hot tubs, lazy river, a kids area pool with sand bottom, grotto and a water slide, all overlooking the back drop of the Ocean.

Many travelers have commented that the inner courtyard suites, while beautiful, have lanais that face each other, are close together and generally they feel that privacy is somewhat lacking.
Our suite is in the newer Konea tower on the quiet side of the complex overlooking Honoapi'ilani Park which offers more privacy while still providing views of the Ocean. There is construction on the south side of the other tower and we are as far away as is possible at Honua Kai, hence the quiet enjoyment. Check out our pictures.
Ho'ola Spa is now open in our Konea tower. From massage & special treatments plus the Himalayan Salt Spa room, it has it all.
The suite is the large 915 sq. ft. unit one bedroom and den with soaker tub, separate shower and double sinks in the bathroom. It features some ocean view from the huge 175 sq.ft. lanai. This is “turn key” with a gourmet kitchen with every utensil supplied and featuring Bosch stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The large master bedroom has a king size bed plus an HD TV, a huge ensuite bath with separate shower and tub and his and hers sinks. The living room has a queen size pull out couch, flat screen HD TV with Blu Ray player & a dining room area. The den features a queen bed with a dresser and flat screen HD tv and the den has doors for added privacy.
Looking for the ultimate in scenery and relaxation? The Honua Kai has it all. Walk or jog the boardwalk to Whaler's Village or snorkel at Black Rock. Relax by the pool or pop into Duke's Beach House for happy hour or dinner. Shopping is nearby & there is the Aina Gourmet Market located in the Hokulani lobby.
