This stunning condo has been recently remodeled and offers two large bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms, breathtaking ocean views, and complete privacy. Located on the sixth floor, you'll enjoy brand-new window coverings, upgraded living room furniture, and fresh paint, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere to relax in after a day of exploring Maui.

You'll find everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient, complete with beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Smart TVs, a full kitchen with cooking supplies (including a blender), and an in-room washer/dryer make it easy to relax and enjoy your time away. Glass doors in the living room fold and open up to the lanai allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of Maui's natural surroundings.

With 230 square feet of space, the private lanai provides ample room for you to enjoy your stay. It's an ideal location to watch whales play during winter or take in the breathtaking sunset colors over the Pacific. The glass folding doors can be opened to enjoy Hawaii's famous indoor-outdoor living, where gentle ocean breezes create a relaxing ambiance.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a glass-walled shower, double sink vanity & separate bathtub. You will enjoy direct access to the lanai from the bedroom, providing a great opportunity to soak in your beautiful surroundings while sipping on your morning coffee.

The second bedroom provides flexibility to accommodate your sleeping preferences. It features a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds upon request. Additionally, the second large bathroom can be accessed from both the second bedroom and the living area, ensuring convenience for all guests, regardless of which room they are staying in.

In addition to its inviting ambiance, the living area of this condo offers extra sleeping space with a queen-size sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper features a new memory foam mattress, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. With this arrangement, the condo can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

Response from the manager We are sorry the guest did not consider this beautiful condo a good value. The condo is in fact a top floor condo as there are only 6 floors on the North wing of the Konea building. The photos show the exact views which the guest reviewed extensively prior to her booking at a discounted rate so we are sorry she was disappointed not to have a direct ocean view. The plus about this condo is not only do you have a nice view from the lanai, there is also an ocean view to the north over the treeline from inside the condo. The condo was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to the guests arrival. We had no comments, complaints or requests from the guests during their stay. Had they had any, we would have been happy to rectify them. We take great pride in the care and condition of our rentals and strive to exceed the expectations of our guests.
