From this individually owned property, you will be amazed with the unobstructed views of the sparkling, sapphire blue waters of the Pacific Ocean, and the islands of Lana'i and Moloka'i. Add to this, 4,670 sq. ft. of living space (3,170 indoor and 1,500 outdoor lanai), a designated underground garage parking, private elevator access, 24 hour security and access to the on-site, 6,100 square-foot beach club and 8,500 square-foot lagoon-shaped pool with indoor/outdoor grill and bar at "Montage Kapalua Bay". Only high-end amenities are found, including marble bathrooms with Kohler plumbing fixtures, a beautifully appointed Gourmet kitchen with premium Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler, Wolf microwave, oven and stovetop, Fisher & Paykel twin-drawer dishwasher and granite countertops. Each of the three bedrooms has a private en-suite bathroom and there is an additional half bath off the living area.
