DOG LOVERS IDYLL. Recently redecorated 2023. Old Nenthorn Cottage is a cream coloured former Dairy Building (more recently used as a stable) that has been lovingly developed into a spacious one bedroom cottage with its own private garden leading down to the Eden Water. Wonderful walks from your doorstep! The accommodation comprises:*Large and light Kitchen/Living Room with double ceiling height so really attractive*Designer fully fitted kitchen with brand new appliances including dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, integrated fridge with small freezer section, microwave and all the utensils your stay will require*Washing machine/tumble dryer*Wooden flooring*Gas central heating plus a new Charnwood (top of the range) woodburning stove with logs for your stay*Two wall mounted TVs*Attractive sitting area with views through double glazed doors towards garden and rolling countryside*Sofa bed if required next to woodburning stove*Large bathroom with new 4 piece suite including comfortable bath and overhead waterfall shower*Large Feather and Black mattress and bed - extremely high quality*Designer light fittingsThis is a very comfortable property which has been thoughtfully designed and created, specifically for holiday letting purposes. Dogs are welcome with landlord's approval as long as they are never left alone in the cottage or permitted on the sofa. Out of consideration for future guests they are never allowed in the bedroom.
