* A brand new 15,100 BTU window air conditioner is located in the dining/living room area only. Three oscillating and two new ceiling fans are located in the bedroom and living/dining area to provide additional air circulation within the condo. Typical summers on Maui can be hot and humid. Please keep this in mind when renting a condo w/out AC.

If you should desire to want to book again in the future, may I suggest renting my second-floor condo (directly above the one you stayed in)? It does have a washer/dryer stacker in this unit for you to wash laundry rather than using the laundry room adjacent to the pool. Both condos are renovated and have their advantages and disadvantages. Something to consider when rebooking in the future. You are always welcome to stay. Mahalo, Anthony
