Description

Willow lodge is a family owned property, situated in a south west position benefiting from the sun throughout the day, The lodge backs onto acres of woodland, which is a haven for wildlife, there is also approximately 1 acre of garden ground to the front of the property. Watch out for red squirrels and deer which regularly make an appearance. Also during the spring and summer months, you can often hear woodpeckers in the adjoining woods along with an array of other birds.

The property is situated in a convenient location, a few miles from Inverurie and a short drive away from the smaller village Kintore. Kintore has a Co-Op and a Sainsbury's, whilst Inverurie has a Morrison's, Tesco's, Lidls and M&S. There are takeaways food outlets in Kintore, and you will find numerous places to eat in Inverurie..

The property has a fully equipped kitchen including a double range cooker with induction hob, microwave and dishwasher on open plan with the dining and living room. The space is perfect to spend time with the family, or relax in front of the wood burning stove.

There are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king size bed which can be split into two singles on request, there is also an en suite wet room. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and also has an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds. There is also an additional family bathroom in the property. A cot is available on request.

Outside there is a hot tub suitable for 6, a comfy outdoor sofa , outdoor dining table and chairs . There is also a fire pit/ BBQ and a swing set for the children.

We have furnished the property with the comfort of our guests in mind. We have built up a collection of extras such as DVD’s, games, books, which you are welcome to use during your stay.

Towels are provided

A maximum of two Dogs are permitted on request . Please note a £25 addional charge per dog will be due on departure, unless added to the booking.

“Airy spacious lodge in kintore”

Had the absolute pleasure of staying here during a warm spell of weather, my kids were never out of the hot tub, the house is so light and spacious and the garden and the drive up the track to the house so amazing and full of wildlife, very easy to get to literally minutes from the dual carriageway but also tucked away in the countryside at the same time, will definitely consider booking again.

This lodge is just perfect!! Its spacious and clean and has everything you need. The hot tub was a big hit with our group. We saw a few deer, some rabbits but no squirrels. Will certainly book again.

“Lovely relaxing break”

Was really looking forward to this break after seeing the pictures and wasn't let down. The house is finished to a really high standard with all amenities provided. The large garden and hot tub made the week for both us the kids and the dog. Information for local attractions was also provided and really helpful. We had a great week relaxing in the hot tub and can't wait to come back and explore more of the area

“Pet-friendly stunning Lodge”

The lodge is spacious, clean and just a joy to be in. Had the family over and we just wanted to stay for the week. The Dogs loved the forest and the big garden while we enjoyed the amazing hot tub. We will defo be back, and would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to just take time away from everyday life and relax and see the countryside. Thanks again Mel
