Description

! Lady Nina Cottage can best be described as Town & Country Cottage with uninterrupted countryside views. The cottage has been designed and renovated to maximise the holiday experience for our guests. New for 2019 our Master Bedroom has it's own built-in smart 50" tv, fitted wardrobes luxury bedding, solid oak flooring and contemporary finishes with control lighting from bedside switches including ethernet, usb and HDMi ports direct to tv from side of bed. French Style Doors leading on to sandstone patio with countryside views over looking garden. For added luxury we have installed a Fibre Optic Ceiling complimented with controlled led lighting to set the desired mood. An outdoor large Hot Tub is set in a private position which can be accessed through lounge, hall and master bedroom. Also we have our rotating garden glass pod, to sit in and enjoy the panoramic countryside views.The village of Coaltown of Balgonie is ideally suited for holidaymakers with designated country walks and ideal direct bus links to St Andrews, Edinburgh and Dundee. Adjacent villages both have train stations which are only a 5 minute drive away.Golfers are spoilt with an abundance of golf courses all within a 5 min drive. Our village has a well stocked local shop open 7 days open from early to 9.00pm. The local pub serves great food again open 7 days. Balgonie Castle is situated on the east edge of the town and guided tours are conducted by the Laird of Balgonie. On the west side is a BP garage with an M&S food store also a popular Chinese buffet restaurant "Bejing Banquet"

We only live a short distance away so will he there to meet and greet. Also we will be there at mist times if the guests needed us for any reason .

If Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
