A Beautiful Beach Front Home, Best location in La Cruz.

Nice sandy beach in front before the entrance to the New La Cruz marina. Private beachfront pool, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, full kitchen. Gated parking for cars in front of the house. We have a cook available on request and a boat available for fishing, snorkel, and whale watching charters, cable & internet.

Response from the owner The house does has AC. I discovered after Susan left the unit in the master bedroom was not working. Susan if you would have said something to me I would have called the repair man.
