Traditional cottage restoration with wonderful views of Liscannor Bay. A secluded and tranquil setting near Lahinch on the Wild Atlantic Way.

Pet's are welcome!

Traditional 1840's West Clare Cottage with wonderful views of Liscannor Bay. 5 mins drive from Lahinch, <10 mins drive to Spanish Point, 15 mins drive to Cliffs of Moher and The Burren National Park.

Very high specification with all modern amenities, including wifi, and an area suitable for remote working.

Two sitting rooms with two wood burning stoves and televisions.

There are two bathrooms: one downstairs and one upstairs, both with showers. Three bedrooms: one king sized downstairs and two double upstairs. A fully equipped kitchen with an island for additional food preparation space.

Unobstructed sea views and garden views. Outdoor BBQ area and plenty of outdoor furniture and seating.

The back garden is fully enclosed and pet safe.

Very comfortable house. Ample safe parking on a one-acre site.

The bathroom downstairs is a wet room equipped with handrails, and the entrance to the property has step free access. The master bedroom is also located on ground level.

WiFi throughout the house.

Towels provided.

A sun lounge with more ocean views was added to the property in 2016.

How do damage deposits work?
