Located in the Village of Lexington, Michigan, this Victorian Italianate House, is a registered State Historical Home, near the shore of the Great Lake Huron. A labor of love has kept the character of the 1870's, yet all the conveniences of today and it's just a few blocks from everywhere! Enjoy the parks, beach, marina, town shops, restaurants; all within walking distance. The DNR Boat Launch is 3 blocks from the house. A Golf Course is less than a 5 minute ride. Everything you need is where you are! Perfect vacation spot for relaxation, summer fun and quality family time together. Plenty of space for plenty of fun! Long half circle drive for easy in and out with a trailered boat or jet skis.

There are 4 Bedrooms upstairs, and one bedroom downstairs. 4 Baths (2 with showers, 2 with antique tubs), Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Foyer, Laundry Room with washer & dryer. On a Corner Lot, new 16 x 25 deck with granite counter top, bar sink, natural gas grill, outdoor table and plenty of outdoor seating. Comfortably sleeps 11 guests (2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 2 twin daybeds with trundles that pull out and up (total of 4 twin beds).

Getting around

It's a comfortable 4 short block walk to the shops on Huron Ave. Tierney Park & Public Beach is a couple of longer blocks further. There is parking in the Park on both sides of the park. If you are driving to the beach, the parking lot at the end of Simons St for the shortest jaunt to the beach and break wall walkway.

Interaction with guest

I will meet you at the house when you arrive. Please call ahead to provide me with an ETA the day before or as soon as possible. Contact me again with any changes in your ETA, and also 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival. Allow 30-60 minutes for registration and house safety/acquaintance tour. I reserve this time to answer all your questions and acquaint you with the house, to avoid mishaps and to assure your visit is pleasant. I am accessible by phone & texting, before and during your stay.
