Description

Imposing traditional large Tuscan house in the region of Lunigiani. The house is built over 4 floors with an open plan kitchen / dining room and seating area with separate TV room with log burner on the ground floor ; 2 bedrooms and large family bathroom on the first floor, and 2 further bedrooms with their own shower rooms on the second floor.
There is a swimming pool with patio and decking area on the lower level, with 2 cantinas. Fantastic views up and down the valley. Parking for several cars. A traditional stone BBQ on the outside patio, with tables and chairs.
This is a perfect holiday let for those looking to get away for a more relaxing holiday. Situated only 1 hour from Pisa Airport and only 40 minutes to various beaches as well as being located in a National Park with many miles of walks to explore, there is something for everyone. The cities of Genoa, Milan, Florence, Parma, Pisa and Lucca are all within range for a days excursion, or there are many local medieval villages to explore closer at hand. It is also possible to take a day boat trip along the beautiful coastline of the Gulf of Poets and Cinquterra to the picturesque town of Portofino. It is a great base to centre yourself at for visiting all of these places and many others as well.
