A lovely cottage, set just one mile from the village of Lilliesleaf, this cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms.1 Linthill Cottages is a lovely cottage, set just one mile from the village of Lilliesleaf, this cottage can sleep four people. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a ground floor WC, a kitchen, a utility room, a dining room and a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a gravelled patio area with furniture. 1 Linthill Cottages is a wonderful holiday base.

Amenities: Partial electric central heating from back boiler, night storage heaters and open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars, no EV charging at the property. Gravelled patio area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Supplement of £25 for second dog, to be accepted upon consultation with owner. Sorry, no smoking. Please note that a £100 Good Housekeeping Bond applies to this property.
