Description

Villa Neptune is painted in earthy pigments, the villa manages to function complementary to the harsh landscape of the rocks that surround it in the back. Special emphasis has been put on architectural blend with the rugged landscape of the cape through the use of stone, iron and wood, thus achieving a harmonious architectural effect. Road access to the villa is secured through an 800m dirt road that is connected to the main road leading to Livadia, while the 60m of distance from the beach can be covered on foot through a path that leads to the beach exactly beneath the villa. The main villa is painted in ochre yellow (inside) and includes a comfortable living room for 8 people with a corner sofa; its minimal design is stressed by two large patio doors, 5 metres wide, securing a magnificent view of the pool that seems to bring the sea and the bay's lacey beaches a closer.
