Gli esclusivi appartamenti Suites Marilia sono alloggi indipendenti da 32 a 65 mq. Si compongono in zona notte per riposare e dormire e zona giorno per vivere e lavorare, con una o due camere da letto, sala da pranzo, cucina indipendente e bagno completo, godono di una terrazza privata dai 4 ai 30 mq e dotati di tavolo, sedie, sdraio e ombrellone con vista mare o vista giardino sulla tranquilla ampia e curata corte interna.
Rispondono alle esigenze di chi viaggia per affari ma anche di chi è in vacanza solo o con la famiglia.
Gli esclusivi appartamenti Suites Marilia sono alloggi indipendenti da 32 a 65 mq. Attrezzati con arredamento moderno, dotati di cucina completa (coperti, stoviglie, tovaglia e tovagliette all’americana, piano cottura in vetroceramica ad induzione, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero Free standing da 200 litri, macchina caffè Americano, spremiagrumi e tostapane). Insonorizzazione assoluta, climatizzazione singola, televisione 32’’ DTV, cassetta di sicurezza, ferro da stiro e tavolo da stiro, lenzuola, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, accessori bagno e culla/seggiolone bambino gratuiti su richiesta. Sono ammessi cani di tutte le taglie in tutti gli appartamenti con supplemento.
L’accurato design ne ottimizza gli spazi consentendo la creazione di ambienti diversi. Tutti dotati di aria condizionata e riscaldamento controllabile individualmente, sistema di domotica, accesso ad internet Wi-Fi gratuito, servizio di pulizia, biancheria da letto e da bagno e stendi biancheria.

I check-in vanno dalle 16 alle 20, ma se l'ospite arriva in anticipo durante il nostro orario di apertura e l'appartamento è già pronto non c'è motivo per farlo aspettare per la consegna delle tessere. La nostra posizione è perfetta per coloro che viaggiano per visitare la Toscana, soggiornando con noi è possibile godere sia del mare che delle bellissime città intorno, raggiungibili facilmente in auto.
