Response from the manager Thank you for your comments Natasha. I'm sorry Isallt didn't live up to your expectations, though I'm pleased to hear you were able to take advantage of the lovely hot tub during your stay. Your feedback is very constructive and we will certainly take your points on board. We were not aware of any problems with the heating during your stay but I'm sure an amicable solution could have been reached if this had been brought to our attention. Please feel free to talk to our Customer Relations team if you would like to discuss this further. Kind Regards, Sykes Cottages
