This detached cottage is near the village of Llangadfan near to Lake Vyrnwy and can sleep fifteen in six bedrooms.Ty Newydd is a lovely detached cottage near the village of Llangadfan just nine miles from Lake Vyrnwy in Mid Wales. The cottage can sleep fifteen in one super king-size bedroom with a sofa bed suitable for children under 10 only and en-suite shower, one family room with super king-size double and two single with en-suite shower, one king-size double with en-suite shower, one double and two twin together with family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and two sitting rooms, one with woodburner. Outside is ample off road parking and extensive gardens and furniture. Ty Newydd is a luxurious cottage and is ideal for large groups of families or friends to enjoy touring this beautiful part of the country.

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x dishwashers, 2 x TVs (one with FreeSat, one with Freeview), DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Stairgate. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Woodland garden with furniture. Patio with hot tub, gas BBQ and furniture. Large field for outdoor games with football nets, cones, foam rounders bats, cricket and foam archery. 20' x 10' heated indoor swimming pool. Games room with indoor combination 7' pool/table tennis, 4 table-top football. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: The sofa bed is suitable for children under 10 only. Note: Guests are not permitted to use the fenced lake at the property, this is situated on the adjacent field, with an unlocked gate. Note: Care to be taken and children to be supervised at all times when using the swimming pool. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar. Note: Check-in 5pm - check-out 9am. From 3/2/20 this property charges a £400.00 good housekeeping bond that will be pre-authorised on your card at the time of booking. Please note: No electrical vehicle charging at this property. The nearest electric charging point is at Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway.
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: The small, traditional village of Llangadfan in Powys is an excellent central location for exploring all of Mid Wales and beyond into Snowdonia and Shropshire. Llangadfan boasts Glyndwrs Way footpaths and the Foel Ramble, a 4 mile walk overlooking the hills of Montgomeryshire and also it is close to the Cambrian and Berwyn mountain ranges where there is wonderful scenery in all directions. The village also has a pub/restaurant and a shop/tea room, and the Cann Office Hotel, just one mile away has a bar, restaurant and gardens and was formerly Cae n Fos, a medieval fortified camp on a bend on the River Banwy.
