It has private parking for up to 3 cars, and a private garden to rear of building.

“Amazing”
Absolutely beautiful cottage, fantastic area and lovely neighbours. Cottage was modern and well equipped with very thoughtful little extras. We had a lovely welcome basket to help us settle in thank u so much Avril xx

“Excellent”
Beautiful large cottage everything you need for a home from home Fully equipped throughout kitchen has absolutely everything but remember to bring salt and pepper A lovely welcome basket of tea coffee biscuits plus more Toys for children is a lovely touch The rooms are much bigger than the photos would suggest Really nicely furnished clean and spacious The converted barn is next to a dairy farm so yes there are some flies but that is nature and coming from a village ourselves it wasn’t a problem Cottage is ideally situated for all of Carmarthen bay pembury park and local attractions Thank you Avril for a great holiday Jill and family

“Lovely stay”
First trip to Wales and although this cottage was a little drive from a town ( no walking distance from a shop) this didn't bother us because the location was great. Friendly owner and good corespondence, greeted us not long after we arrived... thanks Avril. Pub around a minute walk was superb and really welcomed us. Thursday night had live music and we had a really cracking night there.( kings arms) The whole village has an air of farmyard, and there is a barn behind the cottage, but it really didn't bother us, once in the house you cannot smell it. It didn't at all effect our stay. The amenities and how stocked the cottage is with domestic appliances and kitchen goods outweighed any other self catering place I've stayed in. Even salt and pepper and cleaning goods. Nice welcome basket with tea, coffee etc when we arrived too, which lasted most of our stay. Not too far to visit Tenby beach and other South Wales areas too, as fairly central to the south. Overall really loved this place and would definitely recommend it

“Great stay, lovely home and nice friendly village”
