Description
This house has been our home for 3 years... so it's got absolutely everything you'd need in it and more... Interiors are my passion and this was my first big project, which involved tearing everything done and rebuilding.
To sum the interiors up, I'll call it 'classic english with a hint of quirkiness'. We spared no expense but I think the result was worth it. My pièce de résistance is the kitchen which is fit for any chef and the roof terrace which is magical in the evenings with a large G&T!. We're also lucky enough to have a big back garden which is great in Spring / Summertime.
On the ground floor you have a double lounge with TV and sofa's and the front room has a huge open fireplace and a couple of armchairs to relax and chill in. Our kitchen is the room we spend most time in, we love to entertain and we've got concertina doors that open out onto a large landscaped garden with table / chairs / barbecue and lots of outdoor art! There's also a downstairs toilet.
The first floor houses most of the bedrooms and family bathroom - two bedrooms have the original victorian fire place which we've restored.
The loft is best bedroom with en suite and doors leading onto a fantastic roof terrace which overlooks a park.
As we've got kids ourselves, we've got loads of toys, bikes, scooters, games & DVDs.
