Welcome to Upper Room Flat - 23 Boulevard
Second story cottage with queen-sized bedroom and upstairs sleeping loft. Comfortable and cozy! Newly Remodeled.
The stylish one-bedroom carriage house offers 700 sq. ft. of quintessential comfort and coziness. It comprises a master bedroom with a queen bed, loft accessed up a climbing ladder with two twin beds, efficiency kitchen with hot plates and convection microwave.
There is a screened in balcony with oversized deck. Outdoor dining table for 6 and outdoor lounge area to seat 8. The Upper Room has a grill under carport for guest use. Inside dining table seats 4 and couch and 2 chairs is enough for 6 people to sit comfortably. The screened in porch allows the french doors to be open for a nice breeze- enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine in this great space!
NOTE- Upper Room is a Garage Apartment located on 23 Boulevard. The home on the property is a seperate Vacation Home. Upper Room has one designated parking- parallel park by the garage door. Extra parking is located behind The Meeting House across the street.
