“Perfect place for vacation, lovely house to live” The vacation in Cabo San Lucas and in the house was perfect. We enjoyed the house and the ocean and water activities there. First of all, the owner is really nice and the property manager is really helpful.You can consult them for the actvities in Cabo.They speak English! The house is really good. Clean and neat. You can find everything you need in the house. We cooked several times. You can find what you need there and the Walmart is about 5-minute driving. You can buy food and grocery there. Also, there are two BBQ sites in the community and they are free of charge. You can go there for the BBQ if you've noticed the manager of the community. We did twice and it was really fun. There are gas grilled and also coal grilled. The house is near the beach and you can see the land's end and the ocean view from the house. Driving to the beach and the marina is convenient. The only problem with the house is that there are strictly two and half bathrooms. So two of the bedrooms should share the same bathroom with the door on each side. Overall, we enjoyed there and we would definitely go back to the same house if we are going cabo the next time.

“Amazing Villa, Fantastic Owner” Just returned from staying at Montecristo. Only word to describe the villa, and Montecristo for that matter, is AWESOME.The owner worked very hard to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible - he couldn't have been better! The views of the Pacific are just amazing. We couldn't get enough. Start of the whale season didn't disappoint - saw numerous whales each day. The villa itself exceeded my expectations. Beautiful. Comfortable. Spacious. Pool and hot tub. All the appliances you need. In Phase 2, it's an easy 5 to 10 minute downhill walk to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach - which we went to most everyday. We utilized suite service a lot and it was very good. Usually took about an hour but no biggie - relax and have a cold beverage ! We ate at Cibola (the Montecristo clubhouse restaurant) a couple times, and it was great every time. Housekeeping was terrific each day. Don't forget to tip them - they really appreciate it. If you golf, the new Quivira course is a must. Unbelievable. We just loved it - amazing views from every hole. This really is a beautiful property. The villas are top notch. The views unforgettable.

“The place to stay in Cabo.” We recently spent two weeks in Cabo with another couple. The unit we rented was everything promised and more. This was our first trip to Cabo and from the time we had, it will certainly not be our last. Marina Sol is the perfectly located facility if this is your first time in Cabo. It only took us one day to familiarize ourselves with the town which gave us more time to enjoy our vacation. All the restaurants are within a short walk of Marina Sol if you feel like going out for meals. If not, the Oasis Bar and Grill which is right on the premises is a wonderful place to eat. The prices are very reasonable from the $3.99 breakfast to the all you can eat Prime Rib dinners on Fridays for $19.95. The staff at Marina Sol make you feel very welcomed. Raul is the front desk person and always welcomes you as you come back in from your daily activities. The servers at the Oasis Bar and Grill make sure you want for nothing as you sit by the large pool area. This was our first time using Vrbo to book accommodations. We feel very fortunate to have been able to deal with Jimmy. His level of professionalism is the best I have ever dealt with. His timely response to your emails makes you feel very secure especially if this is your first time. Everything he promised was provided, no exceptions. Jimmy picked us up at the airport and arrived right on time as we came out to meet him. He also drove us back to the airport even though we has to leave Marina Sol at 7:00 am. Once again he arrived right on time taking away any worries about someone not showing up. The three things that made this a good choice are, cost, location and dealing with Jimmy. See you next year,

“Amazing!!!” Amazing is the best word to describe this rental. We came back last week from a six night stay here and it was just fabulous. I made the booking and had seen pictures and I was still floored by the apartment and my husband hadn't seen anything and he was blown away. It is all so beautifully put together and every little detail has been very carefully thought about to make your stay a very memorable one. You will feel like you are staying in high end, 5 star accommodation. The locations is great. It really is 5 -7 mins walk to medona beach. We never walked to the marina but the drive was 3-5 mins. Other tourist attractions are easy to reach from the rental. There is a walmart 2-3 mins drive which is great. Hugo was fantastic, super helpful resource and the owner is wonderful. I really could go on and on about the all the lovely things. Overall you cannot go wrong with this place. We can't wait to go back.

“Lovely views, lovely accomodations” My husband, 13 year old daughter plus friend and myself stayed at this lovely condo for 5 days over spring break. The condo was lovely, spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was lovely and restaurants and shopping were walkable (10-15 minutes). We rented the entire unit without realizing that the set up consists of the main unit (bedroom, kitchen, bath) and a separate bedroom/bath unit. The units are connected only by the balcony. This arrangement worked fine for us but might not work for a family with small children. We found the resort employees to be extremely friendly and helpful. Although we were at Villa la Estancia during peak spring break time, the resort seemed to be filled almost totally with families. Most people were in wholesome vacation mode. Our only tiny complaint was that we could never get the internet connection to work. Our family loved having a large condo to spread out in while enjoying all the amenities of a resort. Evan and Heaven in Cabo were super easy to work with and I would definitely rent this unit again.

“Fabulous!” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Campana. The views of the ocean and golf course are spectacular,and just loved the gentle breezes and gorgeous sunset. We found the house to be very clean as well as comfortable. Manuel, our property manager host was very friendly and was quite attentive to our needs. This house has a great location, very close to the beach and a couple of resorts that have beautiful pools and nice restaurants. We also enjoyed the fact that the house is located between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas, as we enjoy spending time in both towns. But we mostly enjoy spending time in the pool with the swim up bar, and a great barbecue! We definitely look forward to our next stay at Casa Campana!

“Perfect location, close to everything.” Nice place with wonderful people. We were literaly less than 10 blocks from everything. We could be anywhere in the marina area or on the beach in minutes. The pool area and grounds are beautiful and the staff in the lobby and restaurant were very friendly. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever taken. “If you want to return to find inner peace, serenity and restoration, this is it.” Met at the airport by Brett and Britta. Fridge full with all that we had asked for. The cottage we stayed in was immaculate and it was so good to be in the serenity and peace of this little peace of heaven. It was hard to leave the pool which is such a nice place to swim and hang out at. Looking at the sunset from the pool and the sunrise from the little verandah on our casita and always with the Mt. Lasuro in the background. The bird life and the quiet was so restoring. Love it, love it, love it.
