Description

Our luxury apartment has fantastic views to the west along the beach and the golf course on one side, whilst from the other side you can see across the edge of town and the Moray Firth.

Within minutes you can be walking along Lossiemouth West Beach, whilst slightly further away across the town is the spectacular East beach with its golden sand dunes. The Spey Valley is within walking distance for the more adventurous, hopefully you might see the seals and the dolphins on the way! The beaches in the area are also popular with Surfers and Kayakers.

The Cathedral City of Elgin is 5 miles away and there is an excellent cycle path most of the way, or alternatively the old disused railway line can be used to get away from the road!

Moray Golf Club, highly regarded as classic Links, is a 2 minute walk away from the accommodation and just across the road are 2 tennis courts. There is also a Golf Driving Range nearby and an 18 hole Pitch and Putt at Covesea, just past the famous landmark that is Lossiemouth Lighthouse.

Just outside the gate and down the beach path is a bar which provides everything from breakfast through to great beers, burgers and steaks! There are several fantastic restaurants and bars in Lossiemouth, along with cafes and takeaways serving a wide range of food and drink to suit all tastes.

Walking, Climbing and Snowsports are about an hours drive from Lossiemouth with a huge range of pastimes for beginners to pro's. The famous Cairngorms and the Lecht are a superb day out for families and serious outdoor folk alike.

The Whisky Trail is world renowned with several dozen distilleries in the area to explore and enjoy.

Getting around

Although there are plenty of buses and taxis available in Lossiemouth it is probably easier by car. This will give you greater flexibility to reach your chosen trips out. There is a train station in Elgin with regular runs to Inverness and Aberdeen. The airport at Inverness is just under an hour away.

How do damage deposits work?
