Description

Waterfront Apartment located in Lossiemouth also known as the 'Jewel of Moray', This traditional fishing village has two Beautiful beaches one of which is right on the apartment's doorstep. Just a two minute walk from the Apartment is The Moray Golf Club,consisting of two 18 hole courses. Lossiemouth has many bars and restaurants to choose from where you can try some local Seafood and Malt Whisky all of which are in walking distance from the Apartment. There is also a local sailing club on the doorstep where you can sail or surf.

The property consists of two double bedrooms each with a double bed, lcd televisions and ample storage. The bathroom has bath, shower and floor to ceiling tiles and heated towel rail. The lounge has a spacious seated area with bay window, lcd tv and dining area. The kitchen has a washing machine/tumble dryer, dish washer, fridge freezer, oven with induction hob, microwave kettle and toaster. All cultery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided.
Extra facilities for example high chair or childrens beds are available on request.

The apartment has plenty private off street parking where you can leave your vehicle in a safe environment. Private Security entrance. At the rear of the Apartments there is a private gate which leads down to the beach , golf course and sailing club.

Getting around

Everything in Lossiemouth is walking distance although there are many trustworthy taxi services and also a bus service that runs every half hour to the nearest city (Elgin) where there is a train and bus station.

Self check in for guests. A key will be left in a key safe for guests details will be given before arrival. I will be a phone call away and respond straight away to any problems or queries and will happily meet guests if they prefer to be greeted personally.

An absolute perfect apartment situated close to golf course and beach. The apartment clean and warm and had everything I need. The owner was most helpful, shall definitely be back.

The apartment in the best area for Restaurants and the Beach with great walk. Stuart has set the apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It also has ample off road parking.

“Perfect”

This apartment always feels like home. We have been returning now over a period of 5 years and have always found it spotless and equipped with everything u could need. Our 6 year old calls it his holiday house . There is a back gate that leads to a coastal path and just a short walk over there is a play park, ideal to wear the kids out before bed. 5 mins in the opposite direction is the golf view hotel which serves lovely food in the bar and restaurant and is family friendly. Any issues with the apartment and the owner is always at the end of the phone if needed. The location is ideal, all u could want from a holiday apartment. Would recommend this let to all, and don’t let the stairs put u off. Both my husband and father in law have mobility issues and they have managed just fine. Once ur in everything is on one level.... u really don’t need to leave

Ideal location - beach is just outside gate at back of apartment. This apartment is a home from home with everything you need. The welcome basket was appreciated and enjoyed. Stuart met us on arrival and showed us around and informed us of everything we needed to know. We'll visit again!
