Description
Novus Harbour View has stunning views over Largo pier to a beautiful sandy beach and beyond to the Bass Rock, a volcanic plug rising from the sea off North Berwick. It lies 12 miles from St Andrews, the home of golf, with several local golf courses within minutes of the house. Also nearby are the picturesque fishing villages of the East Neuk, though with the ancient village of Lower Largo on the doorstep, the birthplace of Alexander Selkirk on whose adventures "Robinson Crusoe" was based, you may find no reason to travel far at all. Simply step through the conservatory onto the patio and relax while enjoying the stunning views across the Firth of Forth.
The house has recently been redecorated and renovated with the addition of a new conservatory, a luxury bathroom with shower and a new ensuite shower-room.
Parking: There is ample off-road parking for up to 4 cars.
Garden: There is a terraced garden with a large patio and small lawn.
Entrance hall: There is plenty of room in the hall for your luggage and golf clubs.
Ground Floor:-
Straight ahead is the living/dining room, a large L-shaped space with stunning views across the Firth of Forth, through the patio doors. The living area contains 2 comfy sofas with easy chairs and a large flat screen TV, while the dining area has a large table easily seating 6. Separate patio doors lead into the new conservatory with seating for 6 people. From the dining area a door leads into the well-equipped kitchen. It has all the usual appliances and plenty of crockery for 6 people. Beyond the kitchen is a wetroom which, with its adjacent bedroom (twin beds) and toilet (with handrail), makes Novus Harbour View an ideal location for those with mobility issues.
Upstairs:-
Bedroom 2 is a twin room with double wardrobes and a fabulous sea view through velux windows.
Family bathroom, recently refurbished to a very high standard, has a bathtub with shower.
Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed with mirrored wardrobes and an en-suite shower-room with a power shower.

“Beyond Expectations”
Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely owners, a surprise food parcel awaited us in kitchen, the location was absolutely beautiful with stunning view out to the sea, we chose this cottage because of its disabled facilities and were not let down as the place is disabled friendly throughout, the beds were comfortable and the place really was just like a home from home, we were there for 2 weeks in which time the very friendly owners came and changed the bedding and the towels in the bathroom and made sure everything during our stay was as comfortable and as easy for us as it could possibly be! I cannot recommend this cottage highly enough and once more the service the owners provided was second to none! The only downside being the place is so beautiful and in a perfect location that it will be very hard to book it again! As title says the cottage honestly was "totally beyond our expectations" Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Best of Welcomes, the only constant to going on holiday is that you take yourself. Novus Harbour view takes you out of yourself, Rabbie Burns would be hard pushed to put the magic feeling in words
