Description

Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment just outside the walls of Lucca, the perfect place to enjoy a tour through Tuscany. Modern and tastefully furnished, it consists of two double rooms, a colorful bathroom with jacuzzy shower and a fully equipped kitchen/living room with a sofa bed and a dining table for 4-6 people.

The flat offers central heating and single room air conditioning and all amenities you can ask for, such as dish washer, washing machine, oven, micro-wave, fridge of course, iron + board.

A recently built house and has 2 parking slots inside the courtyard.

Two balconies provide a relaxing view over the courtyard, where the two parking slots are located as well.

The location is absolutely strategic, less than 1 km from the town walls and close to restaurants, banks, shops, bars and hospital. It is the perfect place to stay for a short or long tour through Tuscany, as every other Tuscan town can be reached in less than 2 hours.
