Casa Clementina è una villetta di recente costruzione situata nel piccolo abitato di Santa Maria appena fuori il caratteristico paese di Lucignano. Lucignano ha origini antichissime risalenti già all'epoca Etrusca e vale una visita solo per ammirare le sua particolare cinta muraria di forma ellittica, ancora intatta. Oggi Lucignano è un quieto paesino di campagna che mantiene inalterate le più antiche tradizioni contadine Toscane, ed è dotato di ristoranti, bar, e piccoli negozi di generi alimentari. La posizione della casa è ideale per spostarsi e visitare la Toscana e le principali città d'arte quali Arezzo (30 km), Siena (40 km), Firenze (90 km) e Perugia (70 km). Luogo ideale per una vacanza rilassante. Casa Clementina dispone di un giardino completamente recintato, una bella piscina (dim. m. 10x4, prof. m. 1,20-1,60), un barbecue ed un ampio porticato adiacente alla cucina arredato con tavolo e sedie dove poter mangiare fuori e rilassarsi nelle serate estive. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
