Description
Villa Liro is situated amongst the hills of Tuscany, only 2 km from the medieval town of Lucignano, located halfway between Siena and Arezzo. The property grounds cover 11 hectares of oak woods, olive groves and vineyards, comprising the main house and two charming independent cottages, surrounded by rose and lavender beds.
The long avenue and the circle of cypress trees, the replica of antique Italian garden complete with pergola and goldfish pond add a touch of class to the residence. This property offers quiet and privacy; it is an ideal base for touring, walking, cycling.
ACCOMODATION
The villa is 105 square meters and can accommodate 4+2 persons in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It is composed of two units interconnected by an internal door:
UNIT 1: on the ground floor there is a bright large lounge with charming fireplace and sofa bed, dining area and kitchen corner fully equipped with oven, cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with balcony, one bathroom with shower.
UNIT 2: on the ground floor there is the living room with kitchen corner with 4 burner cooktop, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, small electric oven. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The villa offers Wi-Fi internet connection, Tv-Sat and air conditioning (only in the bedrooms).
GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL
At the guests disposal there is a mosaic tiled swimming pool (17 x 7 meters, depth 1.20 - 2.10 meters) situated on a natural level which dominates the valley with its hill top towns and the church of Santa Maria della Querce with works of Giorgio Vasari. The pool is shared with the other 2 villas of the property, one with 5 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms.
The villa enjoys a private outside area furnished with table and chairs for your al fresco dinners.
