Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in Lisa's 2-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse condo. Beautifully furnished, this unit sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds. And with nearly 1,000 square feet of terrace, you have the perfect setting for outdoor living and entertaining!

Nestled in the quaint fishing village of Fortuna on Luquillo Beach (the pride of Puerto Rico!) you'll see sandy beaches for miles and miles in either direction with warm water for year-around enjoyment. With an average year-round temperature of 82° F, it's always a good time to head to the beach!

Getting around

There are beautiful beaches for miles in each direction. The island famous Luquillo kiosks have lots of shops and restaurants and are within a short walk of the condo. You will need to rent a car if you want to get around the island. There is so much to see! (FYI...Uber has come to Puerto Rico!)

the property owner advised us 1.5 hrs prior to check in time that the property was not available so we had to scramble to find another place after driving 2.5 hours to get to the property.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elizabeth (the owner) a message.

If Elizabeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
