One block from the beach, 2 blocks from the Mameyes River. Walking distance dining. Located in a rural tourist area where horseback riding, kayaking, and other Eco-friendly activities take place and allow you the opportunity to experience our humble culture. Thirty-five minutes from the metro area. Forty minutes from the Old San Juan City. We are located at the East Coast next to the Corredor Ecologico del Noreste National Reserve, home of the Leatherback Turtle; nesting season April thru Sept.!!! You just might get lucky.

You can enjoy a wonderful day at sea on a fun, snorkeling-lunch catamaran tour. We can assist you with reservations for dining, surfing, zip line tours on the El Yunque trails, boat rides, kayaking and so much more... We are 25 minutes away from the El Comandante Horse track. If shopping is your thing, Plaza Las Americas is the largest shopping mall in the Caribbean; The Mall of San Juan is a small luxury shopping area. You can combine that trip with a visit to the Bacardi Rum Factory or the Old San Juan city. If you are an early bird like me, you just might smell the coffee,. yes, we live next door to our guests.

Our family of four lives on the property. There is a music teacher. Our sons own a bar at the Luquillo Kiosks #17, the Tatoo Tavern We love to meet our guests, assist them in any possible way and make sure that your time with us is memorable. We have an open-door policy but we appreciate our privacy and respect. We will do the same in exchange. We may not be home upon your arrival but the process is simple and easy.

NO MUSIC ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA NOR AT ANY PUBLIC AREA.
Music should be for your enjoyment inside your apartment. No food nor beverage in the pool area. We have a Gazebo for that purpose
