Tipico casale maremmano con piscina ( 3x12 ), circondato, da un giardino recintato di 1.000 m2 circa, da 90 ettari tra oliveto, vigneto, pascoli e bosco.
La casa, di 270m2, è arredata con amore vi sentirete a casa, si sviluppa su 3livelli; composto da 2 salotti, 1 sala da pranzo, 1 cucina, 6 camere da letto e 5 bagni, ospita fino a 13 persone + eventuale Dépendance a pochi m, per 2 persone (info su altro annuncio Casetta Poggetti tra le colline maremmane )
Gli ospiti potranno scegliere di passeggiare per i sentieri della proprietà scendendo fino ai due corsi d’acqua che la delimitano ,o di andare al mare , o di cavalcare o fare trekking nel magnifico Parco dell’Uccellina o di scendere in kayak fino alla foce del fiume Ombrone o di visitare zone archeologiche etrusche e romane, o antichi paesini o di percorrere itinerari enologici visitando le bellissime cantine di autore e quelle più semplici dei coltivatori diretti; e al vostro ritorno gli ospiti si ritroveranno nella pace più totale, sul poggio circondato da un anfiteatro di colline dolcissime, ai bordi della piscina immersa nell’oliveto. Potreste anche trovare (previa prenotazione) un pasto cucinato per voi con i prodotti locali da una bravissima cuoca maremmana.
Casale Poggetti è un posto che difficilmente dimenticherete, dove la bellezza ed il confort fanno da padroni.
Siamo nel cuore della maremma toscana, in cima a una collina, tra le colline, Casale Poggetti gode di una vista a 360° su un paesaggio intatto e bellissimo e vi invita a dimenticare gli abituali ritmi affannosi.
Ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza rilassante in mezzo alla natura con amici e famiglia, in un posto incantevole e idilliaco.
Il Casale Poggetti è un tipico rustico maremmano di 270m2 divisi su tre livelli, arredato con amore con 6 camere e 5 bagni, in grado di accogliere fino a 13 ospiti. Nel Casale ci sono due salotti, una sala da pranzo e una cucina. Poco distante dalla casa principale, 100 m, si trova una Dépendance, una casetta indipendente di 60M2, fatta in pietra in grado di accogliere fino a 2 ospiti, é possibile affittare l’intera struttura.
Nell’oliveto si trova la piscina, di 3x12 m, a due passi da casa ma separata per una maggiore privacy. È in una posizione panoramica ed è soleggiata dal mattino al tramonto, dotata di 8 confortevoli lettini e di una doccia solare.
L’uso della piscina su richiesta puo essere ad uso esclusivo per gli ospiti del Casale. La casa principale e la dépendance sono arredate in modo semplice e accogliente, fin dal primo momento vi sentirete a casa vostra. La casa principale puo ospitare fino a 13 ospiti, il soggiorno minimo in alta stagione é di 7 notti.
La casa ha 2 salotti, 1 sala da pranzo, 1 cucina, 4 camere matrimoniali, 1 camera doppia, 1 camera tripla e 5 bagni. Entrando si accede direttamente al grande salotto con il suo bel camino ( funzionante), di fianco troverete un’accogliente sala da pranzo per 12 persone, sempre al piano terra, la cucina bene attrezzata con un tavolo per 6 persone. Sempre al piano terra è stato ricavato un piccolissimo bagno per gli ospiti.
Al primo piano, tappezzato nel suo ingresso di una carta da parati da cui occhieggiano fragole di bosco, troviamo un altro grande salotto con camino funzionante, che si affaccia con portafinestra su un loggiato. A questo piano vi sono inoltre due camere da letto: la Turchese con letto matrimoniale e stanza da bagno non comunicante con doccia, e la Verde con due letti singoli e la stanza da bagno en suite, con vasca.
Infine al secondo piano abbiamo 4 camere: la Blu con letto a baldacchino matrimoniale e stanza da bagno en suite con vasca; la Gialla matrimoniale, con bagno sempre en suite con doccia; l’Etnica matrimoniale e quella “dei bambini” più piccola e con tre letti singoli. Queste ultime 2 camere condividono un grande e luminoso bagno con vasca e due lavabi.
Le camere sono spaziose e con zanzariere, disponiamo anche di un lettino per bimbo fino ai 2 anni. La casa è attrezzata con wifi, televisione digitale, lavapiatti, lavatrice, forno, microonde, cafettiera con filtro e ventilatori. All’esterno vi sono 2 pergolati, un portico e una loggia, ideali per fare colazione, pranzare, cenare o riposare. Inoltre vi sono sdraio, tavoli e tavolini in abbondanza.
La piscina è aperta da maggio fino alla fine di settembre.
Personale di servizio (pulizia, cuoco, babysitter) disponibile come extra su richiesta.
È vietato fumare in camera da letto, nei bagni e zona piscina.
Gli asciugamani forniti sono ad uso esclusivo della casa e non possono essere usati in piscina o al mare.
